Summary: The hotel is very nice and the parking makes it an oasis in a crazy city to park. I found all the staff and employees very kind and helpful. Room was great for a much needed sleep.

Summary: Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was conveniently located near the airport and train station, and they provided free shuttles to the airport. Additionally, there were water dispensers on each floor, eliminating the need to buy water. The air conditioning was centrally regulated and maintained a comfortable temperature of 25-26 degrees, even though the outside temperature was at least 31 degrees hence it felt hot. However, when we complained, the person who responded tried to gaslight us.

Summary: Very uncomfortable room. The a/c was set at 14 celcius all day but never went lower than 25 degrees.

Summary: We stayed at Novotel Nice Arenas Aéroport and were not pleased with the experience. The hotel does not provide water in the rooms — guests have to leave their rooms to get it from a dispenser, which is inconvenient, especially after a long day of travel. Service was disappointing overall. The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly, and they did not accompany us to our room. We struggled at the elevator trying to find our way and eventually had to call them for help. On top of that, the reception area had an unpleasant odour, which left a poor first impression. For the price and the Novotel brand, we expected better hospitality and basic guest comfort.

Summary: You expect more from a four-star hotel. But the room lived up to expectations, Having to walk far down the corridor to get water of not the best quality doesn't feel four-star. Nor does the fact that there were no toiletries such as a toothbrush and some toothpaste in the bathroom. The food was ok-. But the location near the airport still justifies a night's stay.
